As indicated in our terms of sales, and in accordance with the article L.221-21 of the French consumer Code, if a painting that has been delivered to you doesn not give you entire satisfaction, you can return it within the next fourteen (14) days after the date of reception of your order.

In order to use your right of withdrawal, you can send us your request by mail after filling the form which you can either download thanks to this link or copy on any paper of your choosing. You may also fill the online withdrawal form here below. Your withdrawal request will then be confirmed to you and the refund will be made according to the process described in our terms of sale.
